BURN 445 FITNESS CLASS
BURN 445 is one of the most unique and beneficial fitness classes in Northern New Jersey. If you have a serious commitment to yourself and your health, there is no doubt that this class will get you in the best shape of your life. BURN 445 was designed to allow beginner levels an opportunity to jumpstart their fitness quest, intermediate levels to step up their game, and advanced levels to experience the ultimate challenge.
THE SCIENCE OF BURN 445
We apply aerobic and anaerobic principles that attack fat cells, develop energy and improve strength endurance. Constant manipulation of intensity, volume and rest are what make this class so effective. Emphasis is placed on functional movement. Attention to frequently neglected muscle groups, as well as overused muscle groups, paves the road to optimal movement efficiency. Muscles work synergistically rather than independently causing more calories to be used as energy. In other words, a very high percentage of the calories burned will come from fat.
BURN 445 CLASS STRUCTURE
Each class includes a multitude of various strength and conditioning exercises including, but not limited to: strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, abdominal, core, multi-joint, single-joint, high intensity, low intensity, resistance, modified yoga, body weight, low impact and high impact. During a typical class, there are 16-20 stations set up around the parameter of our facility, leaving the middle open for instructor supervision. Each station is properly demonstrated by an instructor after the warm up. Class members rotate through each station twice with a work to rest ratio of 50:20 or 45:15, depending on class size.

*Class times, days and schedules are subject to change. Max number of class members during a single class is 20 and is determined on a first come, first serve basis. Any class with less than 20 class members is considered an “open” class. In the event a class size exceeds maximum number of members (20), class is considered “full” and residual members will need to attend an “open” class time.
