This is the foundation of all movement and basic conditioning. Using a comprehensive and progressive approach, exercises at this level include controlled unilateral movements as well as balance techniques that stimulate the central nervous system and recruit new muscles for movement.

Our programs use a holistic and kinetic-chain approach. Multi-joint and total body movements are utilized to optimize the athlete’s strength potential and function. Maximum strength and power protocols are used to overload the athlete for increased muscle size, strength and rate of force development.

Energy system requirements vary from sport to sport. Acute variables in our program design such as exercise selection and rest periods monitor the heart rate and help to build a work capacity appropriate for each athlete’s needs. Addressing aerobic and anaerobic demands of each sport can be the difference between winning and losing.

Footwork, technique and repetition are important to us and our athletes. We apply the principle of specificity (sport specific concepts) to our programs so that our drills closely mimic on-field movement. We want you stopping, going, jumping, landing, cutting, and accelerating with precision. The goal is to simulate on-field performance using specialized drills and exercises.


RECOVERYKOP-LAYING-ON-FLOOR

The stretching and therapeutic methods we teach serve to aid in recovery. These improve muscle elasticity and range of motion. Our self-myofascial release techniques help with blood flow and lactic acid removal to regenerate muscle tissue. We want you back on the field as quickly as possible.
