Our youth fitness programs will change the way your child views exercise FOREVER, and will positively affect key elements in early childhood development.


AKP-WEE

AGE GROUP – 6-10 years

SKILL LEVEL – Beginner level

GOALS:

  • Enhance motor skills
  • Improve general health
  • Build a basic physical fitness level

DAYS/TIMES – Wednesdays from 5:15-6:00pm & Saturdays from 12:30-1:15pm
